I brought my grand Cherokee in for a persistent/ annoying antifreeze leak at the upper radiator hose area. You guys got it in right away, diagnosed it and corrected the issue the same day. I have not had any issue in that area since I picked it up

I’m very happy that I took my vehicle to Lanza Auto. Tim is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to explain to me and show pictures of what was in need of repair and what needed to be done. The repair costs were definitely fair and reasonable. Tim went above and beyond and I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to have repairs done there in the future or to recommend Lanza auto to others.

We had been taking our cars elsewhere for the past five years but recently felt it was time for a change. After moving to Leominster, we began looking for a new shop and based on the reviews, decided to give Tim and his team at Lanza Auto a try… we are so glad we did!

Our first visit was with our BMW and the thorough complimentary inspection they performed was truly impressive. Tim’s communication, transparency and patience (especially when I had plenty of questions) really set him and his team apart.

Because of such a great first experience, we brought our Mazda in next and once again, had an excellent experience.

Tim and the entire team at Lanza Auto are kind, friendly, communicative and respectful. I especially appreciated that I never felt talked down to or dismissed when asking questions. That level of professionalism has earned our trust and loyalty.

We are now customers for life and highly recommend Lanza Auto.

Very helpful with what they are able to work on and describing what they found to be issues. They perform in-depth inspections and often find issues you didn’t realize were present. Tim is a great guy to know and work with. Only down side is they aren’t able to do internal work on engines and transmissions, or tire mounting/servicing in house. Prices are reasonable. Very community driven business which I always appreciate.

Tim was super helpful. He helped me pinpoint an issue with a faulty part in my car, which was under warranty . Rather than going with the recommendations made by dealership, Tim helped save money and not go with an unnecessary repair that was already covered by warranty. Thank you.
