In February 2026 I brought my truck in for repairs. The truck was in rougher shape then I originally thought leaving me with two options- repair or replace. The Lanza team was thorough and communicative. The team was exceptionally patient with me and gave me time to make a decision, albeit more than I would have given me. The assessment was easy to understand and they explained each part in detail. I will bring my vehicles back to them in perpetuity. Highly recommend the Lanza team! Great service and a wonderfully honest customer service.

My daughter‘s car battery kept dying even after we got a new one. Because the car is a 2012 Honda we thought maybe it could be the starter or alternator going or something electrical. We were tired of having to jumpstart the car every few days so I reached out to Lanza auto and made an appointment. Tim did a full diagnostic test on the car and then Diagnosed the car with a parasitic drain on the battery. He explained everything on the diagnostic test and then explained how they could test the car to figure out what exactly was draining the battery. He was transparent about the cost of the test and called me later that day to advise me that they figured out the problem. He then explained that he had to wait for the part to come in from Honda, which was fine with me. The service for the repair and the customer service were top-notch and I will definitely be going back for any car repair needs.
